(October 10, 2007. Manchester, NH.) - Four new attorneys have joined the firm of Sheehan Phinney. Jon Liland, Jeana Reinbold. Jonathan Groux, and Lyndsee Paskalis joined the firm's Manchester, Boston, and Lebanon offices.
Jon S. Liland has joined the firm's Corporate Department and will be working with a wide range of businesses, institutions and investors in connection with mergers and acquisitions; public and private placement of securities; corporate governance matters; business entity selection, formation, and structuring issues; and complex licensing and contractual negotiations. Jon will be working out of the firm's Lebanon office.
Jeana Kim Reinbold specializes in bankruptcy and insolvency matters, representing parties in all aspects of the bankruptcy process, including business and consumer debtors, creditors, trustees, landlords and creditors' committees. She will be working out of both the Manchester and Boston offices.
Jonathan Groux's litigation practice focuses primarily in the area of business litigation involving contractual disputes and employment law pertaining to issues under the FMLA, ADA, ADEA, Civil Rights Act, Discrimination, and wage related claims. Jon also acts as labor counsel in unfair labor practice claims, arbitrations, and collective bargaining disputes. He will be working out of the firm's Boston office.
Lyndsee D. Paskalis will be focusing primarily on matters concerning real estate law and affordable housing. Before joining Sheehan Phinney, Lyndsee worked on the NH Bar Association DOVE Project. She also interned with the Honorable Norman H. Stahl of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Lyndsee will be working out of the firm's Manchester office.
