(March 1, 2011, Manchester NH) - Sheehan Phinney shareholder Paul Durham will speak at the March Romance Writers of New Hampshire meeting. Durham will discuss book publishing deals and agent agreements. The event will take place on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the Baker Free Library in Bow, NH from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Founded in 2000, the New Hampshire Chapter of the Romance Writers of America (RWA) is a non-profit organization promoting the reading and writing of romance fiction. The national RWA organization is a professional association for 8,500 published and aspiring romance writers. Members of RWA write the novels that make up 48% of all popular paperback fiction and generate more than one billion dollars in sales each year.
Durham chairs the firm's Entertainment, Media and Publishing practice group and represents individual artists, authors, independent filmmakers and television producers. Paul also assists companies and entrepreneurs with varied corporate matters including business formations, domestic and international contracts and licensing. He has taught undergraduate and MBA-level law and business courses at Southern New Hampshire University and Daniel Webster College. Paul is a board member and patron of New Hampshire Writers' Project.
