(October 25, 2010, Manchester, NH) - Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA President and Managing Director Joseph A. DiBrigida was named to the New Hampshire Department of Justice Executive Branch Ethics Committee. He was nominated by Governor John Lynch and will serve a three-year term.
This seven-person committee meets monthly to issue guidelines, interpretive rulings, and advisory opinions relative to standards for ethical conduct in the state's executive branch. Committee members are chosen for their excellent personal reputation and by education or experience in public service, in resolving ethical issues facing persons in public service, or in the law.
DiBrigida's practice concentrates on all stages of business representation, from formation to financing and venture capital; to business planning and advising; to sales, acquisitions and mergers. He has a particular concentration in the communications and broadcast industries.
DiBrigida is active in many organizations. He currently serves as Legal Counsel for the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, where he also serves on the Board of Directors. He is a Director and former President of Child Health Services and serves on the Board of Directors of the VNA Foundation. DiBrigida is a member of the Dartmouth Lawyers Association, as well as a graduate of both Leadership Manchester and Leadership New Hampshire.
