DiBrigida has been elected President and Managing Director for a three-year term. DiBrigida has served in this position since 2006, where he also serves as Chair of the firm's Management Committee.
During his tenure as Managing Director the firm was named 2007 Business of the Year and 2010 Business of the Decade by Business NH Magazine. Also under his guidance, the firm established the William S. Green Memorial Fund, a donor advised fund created as a tribute to the late firm founder, William S. Green. Partnering with the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, this fund provides annual grants to charitable, religious and educational causes in Manchester and throughout the state.
DiBrigida's practice concentrates on all stages of business representation, from formation to financing and venture capital; to business planning and advising; to sales, acquisitions and mergers. He has a particular concentration in the communications and broadcast industries.
Active in the local community, DiBrigida serves as Legal Counsel for the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, where he also serves on the Board of Directors. He is a Director and former President of Child Health Services and is Chairman of the state's Executive Branch Ethics Committee. DiBrigida also serves on the Board of Directors of the VNA Foundation. He is a member of the Dartmouth Lawyers Association, as well as a graduate of both Leadership Manchester and Leadership New Hampshire.
