(June 1, 2009, Manchester, NH) - Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA shareholder Liz Bailey has recently been appointed to the Heritage United Way's Campaign Cabinet for the 2009 Campaign. Bailey co-chairs the Cabinet's Professional Division, and is joined by Sheehan attorneys David Allen, Paul Durham and Lyndsee Paskalis in volunteering their time to help coordinate upcoming campaigns of area law firms.

Bailey has an active employment law and employment litigation practice where she represents both public and private employers. Her practice includes counseling and training employers about ways to effectively avoid and/or defend against employment disputes or claims. In addition to her work with the United Way, Bailey is a board member and past President of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Manchester. She is a graduate of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce's Leadership program.
Allen concentrates his practice on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and private offerings of securities, while counseling clients on day-to-day matters such as corporate governance and commercial contracts.
Durham chairs the firm's Entertainment, Media and Publishing practice group and assists companies and entrepreneurs with varied corporate matters including business formations, domestic and international contracts and licensing.
Paskalis' practice includes assisting clients with matters concerning real estate law, affordable housing tax credits, and employment related immigration.
