(July 18 2008. Boston, MA.) - The law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA is pleased to announce that Attorney Bruce H. Bagdasarian has joined the firm's Boston office effective July 7, 2008.
A former partner of the law firm Brown Rudnick, Bagdasarian joins Sheehan Phinney as a shareholder.
Bagdasarian will continue to concentrate his practice in the areas of real estate finance, sophisticated real estate transactions and business finance. He received his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his J.D. from Boston University. Bagdasarian is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is a member of the Boston and Real Estate Bar Associations. He is on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA).
