Boston, MA.) - Attorney Mark Ventola, a director in the regional law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green, is conducting a series of trainings at Salem State College in conjunction with the Small Business Development Center. Entitled, "Organizing and Protecting Your Business," the workshops will address some of the basic legal considerations and pitfalls entrepreneurs often face when starting or expanding a small business.
The presentations will be held November 3 at 8:30 a.m. at the North Shore Community College in Beverly, MA; November 8 at 8:30 a.m. at the Career Place in Woburn, MA; and on November 16 at 6 p.m. at the Northern Essex Community College in North Andover.
The Salem State College Small Business Development Center is a counseling center of the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center Network, providers of free business counseling, assistance and training to Massachusetts small businesses.
