Shirley, a director in the regional law firm of Sheehan, Phinney, Bass + Green, P.A., has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in America. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Lawyers must have a minimum of fifteen years trial experience before they can be considered for Fellowship.
Attorney Shirley has been trying cases in state and federal court in New Hampshire and in neighboring jurisdictions for 33 years. His practice focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on professional negligence, product liability, toxic torts, real estate and insurance coverage. Mr. Shirley is an alumnus of Dartmouth College and the University of San Francisco School of Law.
