(March 21, 2007. Manchester, NH.) - Elizabeth Bailey, a shareholder at Sheehan Phinney, was appointed to the 2007 United Way Campaign Cabinet.
Liz has practiced with Sheehan Phinney in the areas of employment law and employment litigation since 1996. She represents both public and private employers. Her practice includes counseling and training employers about ways to effectively avoid and/or defend against employment disputes or claims. She has extensive experience handling matters before the New Hampshire Department of Labor, the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights and the New Hampshire Public Employee Labor Relations Board.
