Attorney Cook to Chair the Commission to Explore Feasibility of Public Funding of State Election Campaigns |
(September 3, 2008. Manchester, NH.) - Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA Shareholder Bradford E. Cook has been appointed Chairman of the Governor's Commission To Explore Feasibility Of Public Funding Of State Election Campaigns.
The seven member commission will consider the public funding options of certain campaigns in New Hampshire, as the State's general fund cannot be considered a funding source. Possible campaigns include Governor, State Senate and the Governor's Council. The Commission will hold deliberative sessions beginning Friday, September 5, at 10:30 a.m., in Room 104 of the Legislative Office Building with a final report due at the end of November.
