The Attorney Discipline System is a part of the Judicial Branch of the New Hampshire state government. Its Hearings Committee is currently made up of 34 court-appointed members who take turns serving on smaller panels of 3-5 each throughout the year to review complaints of professional misconduct and make recommendations to the Professional Conduct Committee.
