Age Discrimination Lawsuit Dismissed |
| (July 2, 2007. Manchester, NH.) - David McGrath and Karyl Roberts Martin recently successfully defended a national security company against an age discrimination lawsuit filed by a former manager. On behalf of the company, McGrath and Roberts Martin filed a motion for summary judgment, arguing that the case should be thrown out for lack of evidence. Weeks before trial, the federal court in New Hampshire agreed and dismissed the case. |
