You need to motivate, compensate and evaluate but not perspirate. You are a survivor. You have to be. You are at times, stranded in a jungle of issues and entangled in seemingly endless vines of employment laws and regulations. You are also at times surrounded by whining tribe members and other wild beasts. There are legal obstacles, hidden traps and dangers. You will have to solve problems, build consensus and coalitions to make your way through these many challenges before reaching safety or at least your objectives for that day. There is no option but to survive. You have to press on and confront the challenges of every day. Don't worry, you are not alone. You have tools, resources and other members of the HR tribe to help you.
