Prominent regional law firm seeks associate with two to four years experience for immediate position in our busy patent department in the Manchester, NH office. Qualified Candidate must have a B.S. or higher in Electrical Engineering, must be admitted to the USPTO, and must be ambitious, detail-oriented and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in patent application preparation and prosecution, and legal opinion work is required. Candidate should have immediately transferable skills to assist with an existing practice, and the confidence and ability to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional, approachable, and positive manner. Candidates should have 8-10+ years of experience with commercial bankruptcy and insolvency issues including workouts, restructurings, Chapter 11 reorganizations and related litigation, and substantial familiarity with other debtor/creditor issues.
